It is a time when day and night are perfectly balanced - a reminder that balance is something we can cultivate within ourselves too. For centuries, this sacred seasonal transition has been celebrated as a time of gratitude, harvest and reflection. It invites us to acknowledge how far we've come, appreciate everything we've grown this year, and gently let go of anything that no longer serves us as we move towards the quieter, more restorative months ahead.
