Women's Circles

Service Description

Women's circles are designed to revive the art of communal gathering to empower and embrace our femininity. We hold an open confidential space for you to shed your worries and fears and to step into your true self. There are optional topics but with focus on recognising and letting go of ancestral baggage, self-love and identity. All sessions include a guided meditation, journaling and sound healing with an option to follow up with individual 121 coaching. Prices are dependent upon location and numbers of people. Travel outside of Hertfordshire is possible and discounts are available for larger numbers.
