About the event

This in-person event will take place on Saturday 23rd March 2024 at 15:00 GMT and we will be welcoming the Spring Equinox which happens on the 20th March and the Full Moon which takes place on the 25th March. We provide a safe space for you to take off the masks and allow you to be fully seen, heard and held.

💫Spring Equinox represents a time of rebirth, revival and reinvigoration and is a time of balance and new beginnings, bringing with it assertive energy of change. If there are areas of your life where you need change, this is a good time to act. What seemed impossible in the dark months of winter become more possible with the lengthening of days bringing energy, hope and optimism.

💫The New Moon signifies the start of a new lunar cycle and new beginnings. It encourages us to take bold action towards our goals and ambitions and is therefore a great time to set intentions and make plans for the future. It’s also a time to embrace our inner warrior!

💫Women's circles are intimate gatherings where females discuss goals, concerns, stories, and advice. Women have gathered in ceremonious circles based on the cycles of the moon and their own menstruation throughout history. These circles were a ritual to connect with the natural world, each other, and celebrate the feminine. They were considered incredibly potent and healing, and it was thought that when women from the tribe gathered together and connected as one, they could connect to the divine and seek answers to any problem. Gathering in a circle of women can be a profoundly transformative yet vulnerable experience. Women circles can help us feel supported in navigating the ups and downs of life and help us feel less alone in what we are going through.

💫Cacao Ceremonies have been around for thousands of years, originating all the way back to Mayan and Aztec traditions in Central and South America. Cacao was an intrinsic part life, used as a pillar of their economies, spiritual, medicinal and ceremonial purposes. Cacao is a powerful plant medicine used for inner awakening and creative guidance. As part of the opening ceremony, we will be drinking a beautiful homemade spiced cacao.

💫Sound Healing is a beautiful way of shifting stagnant energies, allowing you to rebalance your mind, body and soul. We will end the session with the soothing vibrations of various instruments, such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls and chimes. Singing bowls have been used for centuries in religious and spiritual ceremonies; deeply rooted in science, they are based on principles of quantum physics and sacred geometry. The sounds release different frequencies and vibrations which are known to be nourishing and restorative. This soothing and calming practice can alleviate you of any negative energy, induce your meditative state and realign your internal frequency. Everyone's experience is different, but most people tend to feel very relaxed and peaceful and are able to drift into a light sleep.
