An afternoon of yin yoga, reflection and sound healing - a space to slow down away from the demands of everyday life.
The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year - a powerful turning point celebrated for centuries across many ancient cultures as a time of abundance, vitality, fertility and transformation.
Traditionally, communities gathered in honour of the sun’s life-giving energy - lighting bonfires, offering prayers for prosperity, and celebrating the fullness of life and light.
